The Knock Story
Fifteen years in tech taught me one thing: computers are temporary. People are forever.
I spent my career in tech sales, watching software get replaced, upgraded, and automated away. Good people never do. When I bought my first home here in South Florida and started renovating, I learned that lesson the hard way — from the other side of the table.
I watched corners get cut by guys who wouldn't be around to see the damage. I lived through the "two more weeks" that turned into two more months, camped out in my own living room because nobody could give me a straight answer. I learned that in this business, trust isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole game — and word of mouth is what separates the guys who last from the guys who disappear.
So I built Knock Inc. to be the company I wish I'd hired. We use AI to work smarter and move faster — not to replace the person standing in your doorway. Because at the end of the day, a home is supposed to be your happy place. We just want to help you get back to enjoying it.
